Made in Canada · The Operating System for Hospitality

The system that tells you what to do next.

Built in Canada for campgrounds, motels, inns and small hotels. The day arrives as a task list. Underneath, an append-only ledger keeps books an accountant can sign.

A new hire should not need a manual

Hired Monday. Useful Monday.

Only the actions that fit the moment, so someone who started this morning works like someone who has been here a year.

  • Productive on shift one
  • No training week
  • No manuals
  • No shadowing
Cardinal housekeeping - the day's cleaning workflow, pre-sorted by task type and staffing

Monday morning, two ways

The same morning. A fraction of the work.

Traditional PMS

  • Train the new hire
  • Hunt for unpaid balances
  • Check housekeeping separately
  • Cross-reference arrivals
  • Re-key information into invoices

Cardinal

  • Open the app
  • Follow the list
  • Done

The morning arrives pre-sorted by impact and urgency. Every task is one tap from completion.

And yes - it's a complete PMS

Underneath the list, the whole property.

The guidance is the surface. Rooms, sites, activities, packages and retail all sit in one system on one folio, which is the only reason a single list can be trusted to be complete.

Why we exist

Canada is not our test market. It's home.

Canadian operators have spent years adapting themselves to systems designed for somewhere else. Foreign tax rules, foreign payment habits, foreign assumptions about what a property even is. We think it should work the other way around.

  • Interac treated as a real way to pay, not an afterthought behind three American card brands
  • Bilingual support core to the design, with the full French interface rolling out

And the point of every bit of it is one thing. At nine o'clock you close the laptop, and there is nothing left to run.
